I've been working with Alex for a while now and I really believe there is no-one better than him. He is so nice and easy going and FUNNY! I always say I'm tired when I meet him but at the end our session I've ready to go. He helps me with my diet and makes suggestions on better ideas about food choices. He is always on time and so flexible if your schedule has to change last minute. He really enjoys what he does and he knows what he is talking about with regards to he different areas in your body and what excerise is better for each part of your body. I'm stronger, more flexible, my frame is smaller since I've started working with him, people see the results on me. Alex is just a great, wonderful person and the best trainer ever.

Over the last 15 years, I have had several personal trainers and Alex is unquestionably the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
There are several reasons I would recommend Alex. First of all, he is extremely nice and very easy to be around. It is impossible not to feel comfortable and at ease with Alex. I have a tendency to feel self-conscious while working out, but not with Alex.
Second, Alex pays very close attention to make sure my form is correct during every rep, every set. Part of the reason I hired a trainer was because I wanted to make sure I was using weights correctly and doing exercises in the proper form so as not to injure myself in any way. After a session with Alex, I am always sore, but I am sore in an “I just had a great workout” way, not sore in an “I think I may have did something wrong” way.
Third, I would recommend Alex because I have seen RESULTS! People ask me all the time how I got my muscles! I never had them before, but in the last couple of years, I have developed visible muscle definition in all parts of my body. I have also lost a lot of weight and I have not had to starve myself at all to do so. I eat almost anything I want. Alex says that when you have more fat-burning muscle, you can eat more because your body metabolizes more, and I have definitely noticed this to be the case.
On top of all of the above, Alex is extremely reliable, punctual, professional, flexible and knowledgeable. I am lucky to have found him!

I've been training with Alex for almost 3 months. In that time I have lost over 10 pounds, nearly 2 inches on my waistline and have gained muscle mass, energy, stamina and self-confidence! Need I say more? I was hesitant to head back to the gym and needed encouragement. Alex is very easy going yet keeps the workout focused and intense enough that I know I'm developing my fitness without killing myself. I've suffered injuries in the past and he's very careful to prevent that from happening. Our sessions always begin with flexibility exercises end with stretching. Another GREAT thing is his knowledge of nutrition. He got me going on a plan and provided me with tools to track my diet so I understand exactly what I need to do. I've had trainers in the past—Alex is passionate about helping his clients improve themselves. You'd be lucky to have him as a trainer!
