Having lived in New York City for most of my life, I have used several different cleaning companies over the years. Some were good, and some were bad. Some were green and others just claimed to be. With Snap Cleaning, I got what was promised. The cleaner showed up on time and had all the necessary supplies. The cleaner was polite, but at the same time I barely knew she was there. She meticulously went from room to room, leaving a sparking trail in her wake. After 3.5 hours my apartment was done. I gave the girl a tip, witch she was very grateful for. I am now a recurring customer, and receive a weekly cleaning. I leave my keys downstairs, and when I get back from work, my apartment looks great. There is nothing worse than walking into your apartment after it was suppose to be cleaned and finding it a mess. That being said, things happen, and whenever I have had any issue with anything regarding my clean, scheduling, quality, there is always someone in customer service to resolve the issue.
