I do my best to stay on top of the latest research in exercise science. When designing a program for an individual, I base it on functional movements that a person could apply to every day life and of course their goals.

I try to be as consistent as the sun and i think i have a decent sense of humor. I think they like the energy I bring to a session, i try to make it enjoyable but also challenging.
