edit Dear Ed H. It would be decent of you to at least put down your real name, Mr. J B. whose job we did abandon this past week due to circumstances that were out of our control. Words are powerful and it's easy to throw degrading accusations in the air when one is angry. First of all, the reason why your job was not completed was due to technical issues we have unexpectedly encountered with our truck while at the same time we were on a job prior to yours that turned out to be twice as large than the customer signed up for. We both know that we have tried to resolve this situation with numerous phone calls, tried to get you another company and send 3 apologetic emails which we can produce upon request! ( so we were not unapologetic) Furthermore, we have refunded you your deposit and never ignored your calls. That makes us quite unlikely incompetent and disgusting as you so childishly state. On top of that we offered alternative dates to do your move which didn't work for you, that is clearly not in our power. Mr. J.B. (aka Ed H), we are a professional company and stand by our standards and customer service. But guess what, "things happen". Such is life . Your job was fairly small and we suggested various alternatives for you to have it done. We apologized and once again apologize for the inconvenience we have cost you , but you gotta move on. edit There is always two sides to a coin Jaeil. As you will notice from the various comments we get. You are a fantastic lier with words. You were no moved because you lied to us about the items you've submitted. You have no contract that we signed. You only have an estimate that was sent to you based on what YOU submitted. Next time you move I'm sure you will tell the truth. Moving companies are not stupid. I'm sure you paid twice what we quoted you.
