As a wellness coach I work with serial dieters who struggle to attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I teach people to lose weigh without having to starve themselves, count calories or be dependent on packaged food. Training with me, my clients look forward to working out and reap the benefits of more energy, less weight and stress, and better sleep. Even those most adverse to wholesome foods like grains and vegetable learn to enjoy preparing and eating quick, delicious and healthy meals. By offering a unique and comprehensive approach to health and wellness my clients are able to reach their goals and maintain their results for life.
I have faced the same challenges they are facing with weight problem, lack of basic knowledge regarding nutrition and exercise. They know and see that I overcame my obstacles and that I can help them do the same. I am also very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible.
My favorite thing about my career is that I have the opportunity to improve people�s lives.
My most recent favorite job has been leading an 8 week fitness challenge and seeing half of the group make significant improvements in their health and having half of them sign up for the challenge again. One client has signed up three times in a row. And she looks amazing!
