What do your customers like the most about your services?
A:
My friendly personality, that I am on time, and that when I clean, I'm thorough. (Sometimes you will hear me sing while I'm working.)

What is your favorite thing about your work?
A:
Flexibility of schedule. Plus I love people.
Q:
What was your most memorable job?
A:
I had customers-a married couple-who became my friends and supported me when I needed them. I think that may be a rare case, if anything. Also loved working as the housekeeper/nanny and they loved my pancakes.
Q:
What is your favorite thing about your clients?
A:
are prepared,(meaning that if I am hired to clean your apt, make sure you at least have a broom and dustpan AND a mop or Swiffer at the very least), are respectful and communicate well. That means listening as well as being able to effectively give directions.
And as always tips are appreciated. :)
Q:
What education, training, and skills do you have?
A:
I was raised by my grandmother and was always helping her do chores around the house. She was very strict, not allowing me to leave even a single glass in the sink! I also studied vocal music at Morgan State University and Towson University.
Q:
What relevant experience do you have?
A:
I once worked as a housekeeper and nanny for a military family and also in the warehouse of a furniture store. Since I moved to New York City, I have been moving furniture both independently and with a moving company called Darling Movers. I also work as a stagehand at the Manhattan Center's Hammerstein Ballroom.
