When The Word Cleaning Was Invented, I Was The First One To Go There!

I hired Sabena to clean my apartment a few weeks ago. On the positive side, she was very responsive and was easy to work with to schedule our cleaning time. She showed up on-time and was friendly and courteous during the cleaning. Unfortunately I cannot fully recommend her services, because the cleaning did not meet my expectations. The bathrooms were not as clean as when I cleaned them myself a couple weeks later, and the kitchen still had a pretty obvious spill on the tile. Basically, the cleaning was OK, but not great. The bigger issue was that over email we agreed to $80 for three hours of cleaning, but she only stayed for about two hours. I could have gotten past this had the cleaning quality been better, but given that the quality didn't meet my expectations, the third hour probably would have led to a cleaner apartment and a more satisfied customer. ” Close

I'm a single guy and I had met Ms. Sabenas in late's 2007, she went to clean for my friends at Columbia University dorms, she did a great job, 2 of my friends are still using her services, and myself also, we can relly rely on this lady, respectful, honest and most of all, she's never late, rain, snow,heat name it, she'll be there. ” Close
