Ted explained my problems and gave me a rough idea what it would cost.My computer was infected with viruses and spyware. Ted said under $225.00. I gave him the go ahead. In about an hour and a half my computer was working like the day I purchased it but even faster, Ted explained about the few tweaks he gave it. Also the final price was under my quote, $165.00.
