I am currently a Master's student at The Cooper Union in lower Manhattan, pursuing a higher degree in mechanical engineering. My future aspirations include attending med school and ultimately working in biomedical research. I feel most fulfilled when I know I am directly making a difference in someone's life - one day that may mean designing prosthetics, but for now that means teaching someone something new. The oldest of five siblings, I learned early on what it means to be a role model. When working with students, of course I want them to master the material and get good grades - but I also want them to look deeper and discover what really interests them. The difficulty not only lies in doing well in school, it also involves figuring out how it will all tie together in the future.

Being able to work with so many different students and really make a difference in their lives would definitely be the most rewarding thing about tutoring. Directly helping someone open new doors and make smart decisions for their futures means a lot to me.
not only compliment me, but provide feedback. Every interaction is a learning experience not only for the student but for me as well.
I am currently pursuing a Master's in Mechnical Engineering at The Cooper Union. I received my undergraduate degree from the same institution. I attended Staten Island Technical High School and graduated Valedictorian of St. Peter's High School. I received a perfect 1600 on the SAT and soon realized I wanted to help other students do just as well through tutoring.
I have several years of tutoring math, science, and English. I work with students of all ages and ability levels.
